Alden was born and raised in Valdosta, Georgia, graduating from Valdosta High School in 2015. She pursued her Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology from Georgia Southern University in 2019.

 

She continued to further her education, receiving a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of Saint Augustine in Florida. As a licensed physical therapist, she has had the opportunity to advance her skills, obtaining a certification in Dry Needling from the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.

 

She enjoys learning as a clinician and plans to continue gaining knowledge throughout the field. Aside from work, she spends her free time working out, drinking a good coffee, and being by the water.
